The portion of Museum Road between Gale Lemerand and Reitz Union drives, which previously closed after a reclaimed water pipe ruptured late Friday, is now open. Traffic may resume immediately in both directions. 

Additionally, Gainesville Regional Transit System routes that were affected by this disruption are expected to resume their routine routes. 

We are grateful to the UF Facilities Services staff who worked tirelessly to repair the rupture and safely reopen the road as quickly as possible. And thank you for your patience while these critical repairs were made.
